More about this game

In Dot Tapper I9 A, your goal is to clear colorful circles before their timers run out. The core loop requires constant attention, as dots spawn continuously in the middle section of the screen and gradually shrink. Difficulty scales up quickly with your score; the initial spawn delay of 900 milliseconds drops to 350 milliseconds, and dot lifespans decrease from 1.6 seconds down to 0.7 seconds. A run ends when you miss three dots and lose all your heart icons.

Tips
  • The hit detection radius is twenty percent larger than the visible dot, allowing you to tap slightly outside the edge and still register a successful hit.
  • Because dots spawn strictly between the top thirty percent and bottom fifteen percent of the screen, keep your focus centered to react faster.
  • When the game reaches maximum speed, dots only last 700 milliseconds; prioritize tapping the smallest circles first since they are closest to expiring.
Questions

How do I know how many lives I have left?

The top of the screen displays your current score alongside heart symbols. You start with three hearts, and you lose one every time a dot shrinks away completely.

Why do the dots change size?

Dots visually shrink as their internal timer ticks down. A dot will shrink to sixty percent of its original radius right before it expires and costs you a life.

Does the game get harder forever?

The difficulty caps at a certain point. The spawn delay stops decreasing at 350 milliseconds, and the dot lifespan will not drop below 700 milliseconds regardless of your score.
